Jeni helped us find a home in the Columbus area. We are moving from out of state and are not familiar with the area and she was extremely helpful. Due to the pandemic and market, it was a crazy time to buy a home and she helped us navigate it with her knowledge and upbeat attitude. She was truly our eyes and ears on the ground, saving us from dealing with serious issues in several homes we toured. She toured all our homes via FaceTime and was excellent at showing us the upsides and downsides to houses, making us feel comfortable purchasing from afar.
